Whether
you are an early riser or someone who prefers sleep
over food, you've found the right place. The inn has
a breakfast menu exclusively for lodging guests where
you may order such Mother Lode entrees as the Gold Miner's
Stuffed Potato shown here. Breakfast may be delivered
to your room from 6:30 to 11:00, from 8:00 on weekends.
Inn owner and breakfast chef Dottie Musser demonstrates
her creativity and consideration for individual tastes
and dietary needs, a testament to her graduate work
in dietetics and to her experience as a Santa Barbara
innkeeper.
Bradford
Place, situated next door to the highest building in
town, enjoys an ideal location in a lovely restored
neighborhood. It is one block west of Sonora's popular
main street (Highway 49) which is lined with antique
stores, art galleries and wonderful dining. In the heart
of California's gold country, the inn is close to the
gold rush villages of Columbia and Jamestown, twenty
minutes or so to the wineries, caverns and shops at
Murphys, and just over an hour to the grandeur of Yosemite
National Park.
You
are invited to relax and stay awhile, set your own pace
and take in the fresh air. Maybe rent a limousine and
do some winery touring, cavern exploring or what have
you. There's absolutely no need to rush because this
is California dreamin'. And check out isn't til noon!
